It's ok for killers like Oni too where you want to funnel people towards you to get them all bleeding for orb power. You want to find at least 1 survivor and have a chase to get a down, by simply delaying the game... it's not in your favor, and that's what you risk with Corrupt. Corrupt is pretty much one of the few Killer perks that is equal in power to a survivor perk, and that's really depressing. It does it's thing for 2 minutes, always works, always results in at least 2 hooks or 1 hook and 1 chase. Combined , they're a great opening gambit. The new locker perk is cool and I've tried using it, but unfortunately I don't think it'll be very useful. A lot of maps have awful locker placements or dead zones without any lockers at all, so if you're gonna be reloading after a chase you might as well use thrilling, bqq or any other information perk
